When trying to CENTER a picture for an HTML page the picture keeps aligning 
LEFT.

Right click on picture, choose Alignment, choose Center, save, view HTML file 
in Microsoft Internet Explorer and the picture is left justified.

Text Centers okay.  Picture will justify Left or Right, but not Center.  I 
verify this by doing a View Source in the browser.  Should see ALIGN=CENTER, 
but see ALIGN=LEFT instead.
