When using the down arrow on the keyboard, Writer sometimes inserts unwanted
carriage returns. Problem is intermittent. For example, 10 quick (down)
keypresses generates approximately 4 carriage returns and six cursor movements
(down).
Xev seems to indicate that everything is okay.
Each keypress of the down arrow generates:
KeyRelease event, serial 6271, synthetic NO, window 0x2600001,
root 0xaa, subw 0x2600002, time 3722589, (45,67), root:(978,92),
state 0x10, keycode 116 (keysym 0x0, NoSymbol), same_screen YES,
