I can click on the icon and create a bullet with no problem. Also, the <Control><Shift><F12> DOES successfully remove the bullets. I thought it my be because the document I ws working in was not saved so I tried the same approach on an existing document and had the same results. I alsowent to the <View><Toolbars><Customize> and tried to reassign the shortcut, but that had no affect.
