I can paste Jing bitmap into other applications fx Paint. If I then copy from Paint the Paste menu-item in Writer is enabled. >From Jing techsupport I got: "Hi Torben. I suspect it has to do with the bit depth that Jing uses (32-bits instead of 24). Open Office may not accept 32-bit images.
