It recognizes only the base character and the marks above and below but ignores preceding and following characters. This leads to many false spelling errors report. You can try it with the word "ธูป". Writer will report "ธู" as spelling error, ignoring the last character. Though it suggest "ธูป" as correct, correcting it does not make the error go away.
