FAQ notes that to open a tab delimited file we have to change the extension to
.txt. This is unacceptable and should be common usage to open a .tsv or .tab as
a spreadsheet. As it is, our gis software uses .tab, therefore I do not want to
reimport data into OO then save as. Would be nice just to open as needed.
