------- Additional comments from ydir...@openoffice.org Fri Aug 21 15:04:14 +0000 2009 ------- Hi, I have ubuntu 9.04 (jaunty) on my Toshiba Laptop and OpenOffice 3.1 (m11) installed on it. I use Openoffice on a daily basis but in some cases (not all the time this issue comes out) when I access the menu the following problem appears. 1) Accessing whichever main menu option of any of openoffice apps (file, edit, view, etc), the sub-menu doesn't appear, instead the operating system freezes. No mouse or keyb interaction is possible after this action. 2) After rebooting and open calc i.e. again, a message of corrupted configuration data appears. What I have done after this is having a fresh .openoffice.org.back dir as backup and replace the original .openoffice.org. Then openoffice starts again with no problems. 3) If the original .openoffice.org dir is not copied back from the backup, the behavior stated above repeats again even when openoffice is in the starting process. 4) Not always this issue appears, but it is annoying because I have no discover any pattern to reproduce the error. Any help on this? Regards --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
