------- Additional comments from r4z...@openoffice.org Tue Sep 21 12:59:47 +0000 2010 ------- I now installed the newest postgreSQL 9.0 version. Try to connect it with postgresql-sdbc-076a and b sdbc drives. It fails with error: The connection to the data source "postgresql_localhost" could not be established. The Desription: SQL Status: could not create socket: Address family not supported (0x0000273F/10047) Error code: 1 Couldn't establish database connection to 'sdbc:postgresql:dbname=openoffice' (could not create socket: Address family not supported (0x0000273F/10047) ) I get the same error on win7 with OOo3.2.1 and with OOO330m8 (a and b version of driver), the postgreSQL installed as localhost. With pgJDBC 8.4-701 jdbc4 I can connect to the same database. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
