THIS IS A FOLLOW-ON TO BUG#20088

Because I do m lot of testing, I have both nightly Thunderbird for myself,
release Thunderbird for the rest of the family, and Mozilla-Suite because apt
keeps re-installing.

The wizard gets to where I select the choice "Mozilla/Thunderbird Address Book",
then it completes. The resulting datasource is EMPTY.

My address book is the one that my nightly Thunderbird has been pointed to.
That is NOT being picked up.

Instead of trying to be "too clever by half," please allow the user to browse
for a directory / address-book file.
