I was not able to reproduce this issue at will, but I have seen it happen 2-3
times in a few dozen hours using OOo Base, versions m113 and m118.

During my work, I open and close various windows : tables, queries, and forms.

At one point, one table or query window refuses to close. I try closing it by
issuing a "close window" command from my windowmanager (that's what happens
when you click on the "cross" button of your titlebar) or by clicking
file->exit.

>From then on, I am still able to use that window. I am also able to use,
>create
and close other windows. However, I can't close the main (.odb document)
window. I have to issue a SIGTERM signal to the soffice process to kill it.
