------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Jan 8 07:57:19 -0800 2006 ------- I cannot add records to tables that do not have a primary key. This is true ofr the following. MySQL tables Oracle Tables Embedded HSQL tables This a defect, simply because a table does not have a primary key defined does not mean that it can't be edited, added to etc. There are many instances, that referential integrity is maintained within the application, not at the database level, this is true for locally developed databases, and third party supplied databases, by not being to add records to tables without primary keys, in many instances renders OpenOffice Base useless. At the moment I am finding it far quicker to develop applications using php combined with a web servers to achieve the results I should be able to achieve in minutes with OOBase, so not much chance of your average non-technical user accomplishing such a task. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
