I still use 3.5.10 on daily basis. However when run under KDE 4.3.1 it slides back to "default" - strangely consisting of gtk (!) widgets and old generic open and save dialogs. KDE integration is not detected under KDE4, it should be despite current KDE integration is KDE3 based. Luckily, forcing the integration by OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=kde works.
