When I want to create a new file and give the desired filename in the command
line, I only get an "error" that the file does not yet exist, and OO exits. A
standard way in other applications would be to create this new file.

Example: ooffice newfile.ods

I would expect this to open the file if it exists, and if not, to create one
with the name, file type according to the suffix.
