[not into the backing window itself] - Nothing happens. Mouse pointer tells you it's not a valid place to drop. The spec on 'Startmodule' says - - another valid target area is the title bar of the StartModule. Proposed: When the startmodule only is open dropping a known file format into it should open the file. When a file is opened already, user couldn't drop into that file to open it.
