When I try to open that file from harddisk by doubleclick from WIN EXPLORER, OOo 2.0 fails with the error message as visible in attached "screen2". Same problem if I try to open from OOo file menu. The problem does not appear if I open attached "Templar" directly from my seamonkey-browser, it seems that the correct mime type is forwarded to OOo (and accepted). This problem was not visible in 1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)] This seems to be a special WRITER problem. I also tried to open an EXCEL document with missing ".xls" extension - that worked fine with 680m125 Can we get that fixed in 2.0.1? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
