------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jan 16 01:30:01 -0800 2006 ------- In my version (actually NeoOffice 1.2beta) OOo provides access to every document ever opened via the "Load Url" field in the upper left corner of the function bar. As far as I saw, the related informations are saved in "Common.xcu" (in Mac OS X.3.9. to be found "user/library/preferences/...). This uses more HD space than necessary by writing the list fuller and fulller and: There is no ease of use for the "load url" field. It would be useful to have no more than about 20 entries saved and older ones automatically deleted - or to have a function wich lets users decide, how many entries they want. As a solution for a mean time - could someone ad a possibility to let OOo rewrite common.xcu on demand (an easy solution - just press a button - please, because not everyone will work him- or herself through the preferences librarys of his or her operating system) Hoping I did write correctly, regards, T. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
