This concerns two dialog boxes that can be called up through the Template
Management dialog box called by File -> Templates -> Organize.

The boxes are called by the commands "Import Template..." or "Export Template"
which may appear either by mouse-pressing the Commands button or double-clicking
on a template name in the main window.

Both of these templates have a long list of extensions in the boxes named "Save
as type" and "Files of type" to allow only OpenOffice.org template files with
proper extensions to appear in the browse window.

Because .oth (the file extension for HTML Document Templates) is missing, HTML
Document templates do not appear in the browse window (unless the user changes
the extension filter pattern to "All files (*.*)".
