2006 -------
Open OOo 2.0.2. Open a text document. Put a rectangle to the page. Choose 
"Background", and then "Bitmap". Import the attached test.tiff and choose it as 
background. The image is displayed correctly in low resolution. I've exported 
test1.pdf, also this file is correct. Then I've saves the document to 
test1.odt. Then I've closed OOo and reopended it. New text document. Put a 
rectangle. Choose Background / Bitmap: now the image has a higher (wrong) 
resolution. See test2.pdf. Furthermore, when opening test1.odt, you see that 
also this document was saved badly.
