The whole UI of OpenOffice 3.0 doesn't really fit into the UI environment of MacOSX Leopard and MacOSX Tiger (what about upcoming Snow Leopard). Please try to let look and feel it like a real, native Mac application, respecting the standard colors, backgrounds (the legacy background stripes in the current "Preferences" dialogue box of OOO on MacOSX look horrible and way out of date), fonts of the dialogues etc. Apple folks are very sensitive concerning this OS integration stuff. If an application doesn't fit seamless ans smooth into their system UI, then they don't use it, and they prefer using an application that fits better into their system's UI.
