When starting impress you have the option of creating a new presentation or
opening an existing button.  The button in the lower right hand corner reads
"Create", even when opening an existing presentation. 

Consider "Finish", "Proceed", "Continue" or "Do it" to be more context 
independent. 

For that matter grammatical consistency would require the options to be "Create
Empty Presentation" "Create From Template" and "Open existing presentation" (at
present only the last option (open) has a verb in it).
