A presentation exported from 2.0 to .sxi format only be edited with several
restrictions in 1.1.4.

When I open the testfile (empty standard presentation from 2.0, saved as .sxi),
I get a crash.
I checked with 2.0 (1.9.m113) German version WIN XP: [680m113(Build8930)] and
1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)]

Steps to reproduce:

1. create new empty standard presentation with 2.0
2. Save as ".sxi"
3. Close
4. Open .sxi from WIN explorer with doubleclick (file will be opened
   without problem)
4. Menu: View - Workspace - Slide View (all Menu descriptions: translated
   from German)
   expected: Slide view
   actual: crash

I created an error report for issue 52216, where I found this problem durng my
tests.
