When pasting an alien object from the clipboard in impress/draw, the default is
to insert an ole object. In most cases this is not what the user wants as he may
only be interested in the visual content of what he pasted.

f.e. often users on windows copy a picture from microsoft paint and insert it.
The result is an ole object wich uses more storage and system resources as a
simple image would.

Additionaly, if the object from clipboard only contains one pixel bitmap, it
will be pasted as a pixel bitmap and not as a metafile as an optimization.

see
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/clipboard_drag_and_drop/ImpressClipboard.odt
for a specification

For drag and drop the behaviour should be the same as for clipboard.

The writer application already inserts objects as metafiles per default.
If the user likes to have the old behaviour to insert an object, he has to use
"paste special" now.
