File "graphic.clp" is a Windows 2000 clipboard file, which can be opened with
clipbrd.exe. The file "image-in-clipboard-viewer.tif" shows how it looks. This
particular clip was generated from Protel 99, a CAD program.

When this is pasted into Write or Draw, part of the image is shifted upwards.
See the black and white rectangular area. In the original CAD application, this
black and white rectangular area is a bitmap image. The rest is vector graphics.
So only the bitmap portion is shifted.
