2005 -------
1) insert a picture from Insert>Picture>From File.
   any picture would do, but pick a black one
2) double click the newly inserted picture to type in text
   on it
3) type some random text, say, "ascii"
4) set the text color to white
5) try to type more text. the background of the textbox
   become white and you will no longer see the text you
   are typing.

This isn't nice. I'm not exactly sure how I'd want it to be fixed, but maybe you
can make the background of the textbox transparent (and show the background
image), or always show text in black, background in white or something.
