I have sent automated crash reports (most recently, this email, Message-id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, came back as confirmation). In at least 2 cases, I was working on an impress document. On restarting OOo 2.0, it seemed to recover the document, but the content was exactly the same as in the last saved version of the file.
