On a dual head X display with xinerama, the presentation always starts on the
internal screen, no matter on which screen previously OOo is mainly showing.

Also, when OOo was showing on the other display, OOo does not seem to like
clicks into its window during the presentation.

Starting the presentation on the second display (e.g. a beamer) or on the
display where OOo is mainly showing makes more sense. A nice feature would even
be to be able to see the speakers notes on the primary display while the
secondary (beamer) shows the presentation.  But that would only be an extra. 
NOt being able to get the presentation to the beamer is the bigger problem.

To my former colleagues at Sun/StarOffice:  Try to talk your mangers into dual
head anyway!  That is a real productivity blast! ;-)
