2006 -------
There are two way of protecting PowerPoint files:
1. protect for beeing changed without propert password
2. protect for beeing opened without propert password
In both cases OOo shows an error dialog:
"Read-Error:
The loading of password-encrypted Microsoft PowerPoint presentations is not
supported"

Even if there seems to be no issue about that I would have expected to at least
be able to open a PowerPoint file with a change-protection. This is a common way
to send ppt-files to third parties preventing any changes.

I'll upload two ppts demonstrating the behaviour.
