------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Nov 18 14:44:23 -0800 2005 ------- Is this issue the reason for bug http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=57426 ? Summary: On a default Linux installation, there are limited fonts with Greek glyphs. Among those are FreeFonts and MgOpen. In addition, certain Asian fonts have Greek glyphs but are not suitable for Modern Greek as they are full width (big spacing between characters), and ommit vowels with accents. PROBLEM: When we open a file with Greek text and the font is missing, those Asian fonts are chosen. We have no way of avoiding those Asian fonts through VCL (through our attempts). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
