2005 -------
When I try to insert Czech characters via dead keys, it doesn't work
for me -> characters without accent are inserted. Example:

  - accute + e produces just 'e', should produce Ã
  - caron  + r produces just 'r', should produce Å

 <= 680m87 - works perfectly
 => 680m88 - doesn't work

Maybe, the problem is in the vcl36 which was integrated into the
m88? (Quick comment from pjanik)
