So - this is using the 'Industrial' theme - but, presumably this affects myriad
other themes.

The attached image shows 2 typical irritating brokennesses:

In the left hand tree - 'General', 'View', 'Fonts' have unclean remenants of the
focus rectangle left painted on the items having selected other items - looks
ugly & broken.

Worse - and far more noticable the right-hand focus on 'When creating PDF files'
shows the focus rectangle breakage. Pressing tab through a dialog reveals that
the vast majority of focus highlight rectangles are broken - missing 1-2 sides,
with a solid line down one side etc. etc. looks really bad.
