If you load a file with &<>; etc. in it - the ~/.recently-used files are
corrupted on close destroying this feature for all subsequent users / uses :-)

Trivial to repeat, just touch a file with that name, open, close & you're away.

I'd have loved to re-use an XML escaping function, but looking at the sax2/ code
it's not re-usable (or that pleasant). And this quick version does ~everything
we need I think.

Marking P2 - since the user has to manually mend their system after OO.o has
broken it if they want their recently-used files to every work again ;-)
