I find out there are some words missing in the zh-TW installation of OpenOffice.
I will put both the English and zh-TW strings in here. If you cannot read the
zh-TW string, please go to website and check the issue. Thanks.

Example:
The Welcome screen say:
[en-US]The Installation Wizard will allow you to modify, repair, or remove
OpenOffice 1.9.80. To continue, click Next.
[zh-TW]æåèçéæå OpenOffice 1.9.80
åèåæçéèäãèèççïèæã

Note that the word "Next" (in zh-TW) is missing.

Problem:
æåèçéæå [ProductName]
åèåæçéèäãèèççïèæ [ääæ]ã

Everytime OpenOffice wants to use variable, it would put the variable inside a
pair of square bracket (as []). The above statement is from
./instsetoo_native/inc_openoffice/windows/msi_languages/localize.sdf. The
[ProductName] will be replaced by OpenOffice 1.9.80.

Yet the [ääæ] (or Next as in Next button) is not a variable to be
subsituted!

Suggestion:
1) (Please follow the example in line 2358.)
2) Instead of using [] for ääæ (i.e. Next), use these two Chinese symbols
ã
and ã.

Then we would get:
ãääæã
3) Please note sometime there is a half shade space before [ or after the ]. If
you use ã and ã, you can remove that half shade space.

*** Please search all the line that has the zh-TW term èæ (or in English,
"please press").
