Then, uninstall 1.9.109. Then try to install 1.9.118 and it will ask you to provide the openofficeorg19100.msi file to continue. The only option is to click cancel, it then reports the following "Error 1714. The older version of OpenOffice.org 1.9.118 cannot be removed."
