In Tools|Options|User Data there are fields for the user to enter in their
address.  Currently these fields in the English version have names that suit the
American address system such as City, State and ZIP code.

Being British, I have none of those.  Could these field names be controlled to
suit the locality of the user?  It could be done by a country selection drop
down box on the bottom of that page which would automiacally change the layout
and names of the adress fields to suit the accepted standards of the locality. 
This would stop user data being entered in under field names that aren't
equivalent to the local address system.
