------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 17 05:21:01 -0800 2005 ------- The German translations of "Numbering captions by chapter" (Kapitelweise Nummerierung der Beschriftung) and "Character style" (Zeichenvorlage) in AutoCaption dialog are too long and do not fit in their designed space. This problem exists on S10/JDS. To reproduce the bug (on Writer), go to: Tools -> Options -> StarOffice Writer -> Auto Caption. Both strings are located in the right part of the dialog. On S10/JDS, only "Kapitelweise Nummerierung der Beschri" is displayed (the last 5 letters are truncated) so the acceptable translation should be shortened by at least 5 characters. For the second string, "Zeichenvorlag" is displayed (last character is truncated) so the translation should be shortened by at least 1 character.
