------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Aug 29 06:17:43 -0700 2005 ------- Dear Eike, The font preference in VCL.xcu for Nepali is not working as expected: The line in the file looks something like this: <value>Lohit Nepali;Kalimati;Samanata;Sans</value> Here are the links to the specified fonts: For Lohit Nepali - ftp://202.79.37.177/lohit_ne.ttf For Kalimati - http://mpp.org.np/detail_guide/fonts/Kalimati.ttf For Samanata - http://mpp.org.np/detail_guide/fonts/Samanata.ttf In the user interface, the fonts are not being taken according to the preference specified. For instance, Samanata is always taken no matter what the preference is if the font is present in the system. Only when we remove Samanata from the system that Lohit Nepali and other fonts are taken.
