The format of this fields you can edit. This happens in menu Edit - Fields in a dialog named Edit field. In Dutch translated as Veldopdracht bewerken with key- id 209438. In this dialog is the English word "Format" translated in Dutch as "Formaat". This is incorrect and had to be "Notatie". Key-id 209435.Formaat had to be Notatie. The same problem is in Writer.
