I'm trying to use gcc-3.4.4 on FreeBSD/amd64. As there can be no
ABI-compatibility issues here, I'd like to just use the compiler's STL.

That is possible, but tricky because GCC considers some of the classes
"extensions" -- the headers are under ext and the name-space is __gcc_cxx::.

I'm attaching the patch for a few files and the little script, which fixes
everything else.
