------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 11 09:29:09 -0800 2006 ------- Hello there, I am using a native AMD64 port of Openoffice 2.0.1 as described in this message: http://lists.debian.org/debian-amd64/2006/01/threads.html and following thread of the Debian-AMD64 mailing list: http://lists.debian.org/debian-amd64/2006/01/threads.html I have found a bug that affects this port. I can correctly open a blank document and save it and subsequently reopen it and edit it as I wish, but I cannot open a document that was previously edited using another architecture. I have tried opening documents created with Linux/i386, Linux/PPC and Windows, all from version 2.0.1 of Openoffice. Opening in Linux/i386, Linux/PPC and Windows a document created on Linux/AMD64 works perfectly. This behaviour is reproducible every time, so I assume it is a real issue. Please ask for any other information I may have omitted, and excuse me for not submitting patches, but I have no coding skills. Some additional information: Debian Sid AMD64 on Athlon64 X2, running kernel 2.6.15-1-amd64-k8-smp --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
