This second tab gives option you can use immediately, but others usually need to come back to the "Sort Criteria", example "Range includes column labels" or "direction : Left to Right", normally you should come back and select the sort criteria columns in the first case or line in the second case. The OK button should be freezed if one of these options is selected, or clicking "OK" should bring back to the main Tab.
