When I have a formula in cell F1 e.g. "=$D1+$E1", and at the same time I have a
conditioned format for cell F1 ($D1 => YellowBackground),
and now I add a column before column B, then
1. the formula is colrectly changed to "=$E1+$F1", but
2. the conditioned formatting is NOT changed!
