OOo with locale de_DE.UTF-8 on linux
1. Insert in A1 '=30,,01'
2. You will get an error 'Err:509'
3. Edit the Field by press F2
4. You see not '=30,,01' but '=300,01'

Could be result in confusion.

Simple press enter result in an error 'Err:509' again, good. But what is wrong
with '300,01'?

If this issue occur on Windows is unknown at the moment.
