It seems that the "table:id" attribute on a "table:cell-content-change" element 
should have the format 
"ct<number>", where the number should be 1 or higher. Any other pattern causes 
the tracked changes to 
disappear, visually as well as in the "Accept or Reject" list.

This is not compliant with the ODF-specification, which declares this attribute 
to be just a string. This puts 
an unnecessary constraint on a diff-tool for spreadsheets.
