After installing OO 3.3.0 I pinned both calc and writer to the task bar. I also
pinned a few files within the calc icon. While some of the calc files open fine
from there, there are a few that do not (though they still open fine when I
click on the file in it's folder). I re-installed OO 3.3.0 using the repair
function, but get the same result. The message says soffice.bin - System Error
"The program can't start because sal3.dll is missing from your computer. Try
Reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I also noticed that the icons pinned to task bar that won't open are different
than the ones that will. The ones that open have the icon of the program (ie
calc or writer) while the ones that do not seem to have a generic Open Office
icon.
