[Reproduce steps]
1. Open attached file - group.sxc
2. Data/DataPilot/Start
3. drag Type to Page field
drag Date to Row field
drag City , Number and Seller to Column field
drag Revenue to Data field
Press OK to close dialog
4. set focus to B50
==> in English locale : it is 0.44
in German locale : it is 0
in simplified Chinese : it is 0.05

My test environment is StarOffice English version(m74) in Solaris Sparc
platform .
