When you create a large range of rows quickly by holding down shift + page down
the view freezes while you do it. You have to stop to check what you're ranging
which makes it rather confusing and slower to use whereas it should have been a
smart and faster way. It works nicely when you just hold down Page Down - the
view changes accordingly for each page - but not when Shift is held too.

Solution:
The view should update for new page ranged. If it requires more CPU than what
is
available it should simply go slower and not expand the range by a new page
until the view has updated (I believe that's how page down alone work when held
- that is a good reference).

Cheers
