test made with OOo 2.0 rc2

Function of function do not work in a case I use in all my Excel sheet (this
avoids trouble when inserting a line just above a SOMME):

When I open with OOo an Excel sheet containing
=SOMME(B1:DECALER(B7;-1;0))
[my native language is french.I suppose that english tranlation is =SUM
(B1:OFFSET(B7;-1;0))]
I get
Err :508

If I try to enter such formula directly in OOo, letters are changed to
=SOMME(b6:decaler(B11;-1;0))
and I get #NOM ?

Comment 1: I allready pushed out this error 1,5 year ago for OOo1.1.4.(issue
#42678). I was not completely convinced by the answer, it did explain in my
mind why the result was not the same when coming from Excel or typing directly
in OOo. But I hoped correction would come.

Comment 2: THIS IS A BLOCKING POINT TO DEFINITEVELY MOVE TO OOo, AND TO
ENCOURAGE PEOPLE and COMPANIES TO DO IT. Because:
- this doesn't allow a current compatibily with MS Office, which is
[unfortunately] the standard today
- It's difficult to trust a software where such bugs are not rapidly
corrected, and specificaly in a major release.
An other consequence is to stop the possibility to move to Linux for personal
computing, as they would be no more backup with Microsoft Office.

I regret that so much and so good efforts from all your team and contributors
could remain unused.
