To make OOo have similar feel to KDE, scrolling over any list of items selectable items should cycle through them. (eg tabs in konqeuror, taskbar entries, virtual desktops in the pager, timezones on the clock.....) Sheets in the bottom of OOo calc come in this category, so it would be nice for them to scroll too. If I think of any others, I'll chuck them in as comments.
