If you select a column and then perform from menu Insert Row, the spreadsheet is
cleared of all data. When you attempt the opposite, inserting a column with a
row selected, the action is denied and pop-up questions user of intent.
The action if inserting a row while column is selected should not be allowed.
Either the Row item under the Insert menu should be disabled or action should be
denied and warning presented.
