In the use of OO Calc and in my use with the MS version of a like package the
ability to move rows (and columns) within a spreadsheet is a bit of a pain. 
Yes, we can cut a row and then paste it in a new location, but this is tedious.

It would very handy to be able to click on a row by the number and then drag the
row to a new location within the spreadsheet.  As an example much like what one
can do with a slide in Presenter.  In the left pane a user can click-and-drag
the slide to a new position within the show.  Now, if doing a click-and-drag
would be too difficult a "b" way of getting this done could be by use of the
right-click upon the row number.  If there were a "move" option when one
right-clicks then this focus could be applied and then the row could be
clicked-and-drug to a new location.  

Now that I think about this more a like function would be great for the columns
also.
